Counselling in Wokingham for Bracknell and Reading

Talking Helps ... Talking to Me Will Offer ...

Talking to me will offer a quiet private space where you can share your thoughts and feelings and have my undivided attention for each 50 minute session we spend together.

Talking to me will offer an opportunity for you to work through, in confidence any issues and concerns which you bring. You may not feel able to talk about what really matters straight away, but you may find that a lot of things which you hadn't realised you wanted to speak about may come to mind and you may find yourself talking about all sorts of unexpected things. Don't worry about it, sometimes this is how counselling works and people often find this very helpful

When you talk to me I aim to offer a warm, welcoming environment which I hope will help you to talk about whatever it is that has brought you to counselling. Counselling is a shared process and we will work together to find the best way for you to explore the reasons you have sought counselling.

Talking to me will offer a therapeutic space in line with the BACP ethical framework. I work to the ethical guidelines of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy

Talking to me will offer flexibility. I am happy to work with you for an agreed number of sessions or to work in an open ended way with you if that is what you prefer.

My counselling practice is based in Wokingham, within easy reach of Crowthorne, Sandhurst, Bracknell, Winnersh, Twyford and Reading.
